The foundation of the strategy
Four beliefs that ensure consistency, control and capital preservation.

Capital preservation as a basis
Capital preservation is one of the core pillars of Summetric Capital's strategy. A key tool here is the short portfolio, which serves as insurance within the overall portfolio. These short positions are selected using artificial intelligence and provide protection when markets fall. In addition, the short portfolio also allows returns to be achieved during periods when market values fall. This not only provides defensive strength, but also enables active value addition in adverse market conditions.
By incorporating this 'insurance', downside risk is reduced. This ensures more stability in the portfolio and helps achieve long-term capital growth, regardless of market conditions.

Investing based on data
Summetric Capital takes a systematic investment approach where data is at the heart of every strategic choice. Artificial intelligence and quantitative models are used to build portfolios that are economically interpretable and fit within our risk profile.
This approach provides structure, discipline and control in a complex and rapidly changing market.
By eliminating emotion and focusing on facts, Summetric Capital is able to achieve long-term capital growth consistently. Data acts not as a tool, but as a foundation under the strategy with the aim of stable and future-proof capital growth for its investors.

Distribution within the US market
Summetric Capital believes in the power of diversification as the basis for a balanced portfolio. Within the US equity market, it deliberately chooses a mix of small cap, mid cap and large cap companies. This spread ensures stability in the portfolio. Combining different sectors, company sizes and dynamics creates a robust portfolio that is more resistant to fluctuations within one specific market or category.
This structured diversification contributes to our unique and resilient investment strategy, in which opportunities in different segments can be exploited without unbalancing the portfolio. The result is more stable returns and a controlled risk profile over the long term, in line with the objective of future-proof asset growth.

Accessible and forward-looking
Summetric Capital focuses on achieving capital growth over the long term. No focus on short-term gains, but on consistent asset accumulation and tranquillity within the portfolio. This long-term vision provides direction and structure to the investment policy, even in uncertain market conditions.
To ensure that peace of mind, open and clear communication forms the basis. With a view to a long-term approach, transparency and personal contact are essential in the relationship with our investors. Monthly reports provide clear insight into the portfolio, including an explanation of choices and developments. In addition, Summetric Capital's team is easily accessible for questions or personal consultations. This approach fosters trust and contributes to a stable and future-oriented cooperation. After all, investing is something you do together.
