During this meeting, we would like to get personally acquainted and give you a clear introduction to our working method and investment philosophy. We believe that a personal approach lays the foundation for strong cooperation and helps to discuss any questions or concerns directly. Prefer to meet digitally? Information
When introducing our fund, we will address your personal investment goals and inform you in detail about our strategy and approach. You will receive clear documentation, including the information memorandum and answers to frequently asked questions. Does our strategy match your investment vision and need for diversification? Then we will guide you step by step towards subscription.

Application procedure
During the application process, we personally accompany each participant. In cooperation with Asset Care, our independent fund manager, we ensure a smooth and careful handling of your subscription. Asset Care facilitates an efficient onboarding process and provides you with clear Net Asset Value (NAV) reports on a monthly basis, so that you maintain insight into the development of your investment.

Your participation begins
Upon completion of subscription, your capital will be converted into investments through our trading account at Interactive Brokers. You are thus an official participant of Summetric Capital. Through our client portal, you will receive personal updates, and the fund managers will actively keep you informed of relevant developments. Monthly reports via Asset Care provide clear insight into the value and progress of your investment.

Working closely with Asset Care, our independent fund manager in Amsterdam, we ensure seamless subscription and administration.
Asset Care also offers an efficient onboarding process and provides our participants with monthly Net Asset Value reports.
4. Be part of Summetric Capital.
Upon completion of the subscription process and payment, your invested capital will be transferred to our broker trading account through Interactive Brokers. This transfer takes place on the first business day of each calendar month. As an official participant of Summetric Capital, you will have easy access to personal updates from this moment on via our client portal on our website and receive all relevant (monthly) reports via Asset Care.

Submit registration form
Mail the subscription form to the fund administrator: Asset Care, info@assetcare.nl.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
Application processing
Asset Care processes the application form. The turnaround time is usually 2 to 3 working days. Sometimes Asset Care requests additional information from you.
Agreed
Asset Care has processed and accepted the application for participation.
You will receive a receipt and payment instruction.
Payment
You can make your payment. This is usually processed in 2 to 3 working days You will receive confirmation of this.
